① Te Changheng smart lock is composed of precision machinery and electronic chips. In daily use, it should avoid contact with corrosive substances or use in high temperature and high humidity environment;
② After the door is opened, please don't eject the main locking tongue or open the inner insurance, so as to avoid damage to the door frame or the lock body caused by other collisions;
③ Fingerprint collectors should avoid the scraping of hard objects (including nails) during daily use; if there is dirt residue on the surface of the collection panel after using for a long time, please wipe it gently with a dry soft cloth;
④ Please do not hang heavy objects on the handle, otherwise it will affect the lock structure and cause the flexibility to decrease when opening the door;
⑤ If the lock body rotates inflexibly or does not return properly, contact DNT personnel to add mechanical lubricant to the lock body.

① When the battery is low and there is a low voltage alarm, please replace the battery with a new one and pay attention to the positive and negative poles to prevent the system from being unable to wake up.
② Please keep your mechanical key in a safe place. It is recommended that you place it in your office, in a family car, etc. In an emergency, you may open the door.
③ Open the door card everyday, please do not put it together with the mobile phone to prevent the internal chip from being radiated by the mobile phone, which affects the accuracy of reading the card;
